At Freedom Folk and Soul, our commitment is to the recovery, transformation, and personal liberation of every individual who participates in our programs. Our flagship program, “The Toltec Medicine Wheel of Transformation,” serves as a guiding light through the pivotal moments in people’s lives, helping them honor, heal, and transform their experiences into a source of passion, joy, and fulfillment.
In 2023, over 250 journeyers and thousands of readers experienced profound transformation in our programs, books, or journeys!

Helps Us Provide Partial Scholarships
At Freedom Folk & Soul, we consider donating to our scholarship fund, so more people can have access to the healing, training, and empowerment that is gained through our programs and journeys. Freedom Folk and Soul is a registered 501 (C) (3) non-profit.
Among the 250 participants was our own Staff Member, Tina Green.
It has been our honor to guide and witness Tina’s fantastic growth and recovery through the intentional steps, journeys, initiations, and teachings through Freedom Folk and Soul and to see how they have guided her step-by-step to heal and transform her life. Her healing is a gift that keeps on giving and has inspired her to step forward and lead, sharing these powerful ways with others.
While traveling through our map of transformation, Tina became aware of her codependency, how she consistently abandoned herself, how much shame and fear she carried, and where it came from. She was given tools to release these agreements in her body and quickly experienced self-love and freedom.
She had unknowingly been dishonest with herself by denying and minimizing events in her past and current life. Each step-by-step intentional experience invited and guided her back to her core agreements and stories, and through sacred initiations and teachings, she released shame and fear and is recovering from codependency. A foundation of self-love, power, acceptance, and spirituality emerged, and a passion to share that with the world.
