• 9:30 -12:00 Dance songs,  Meditation,  Cacao Ceremony, Heidi teaching ancestor connection, Toltec 101 formation of agreements, What’s in the way, our agreements
• 12:00 – 1:00 Light Lunch
• 1:00 Breathwork talk
• 2:00 – 3:30 Breathwork whole group
• 3:30 – 5:30 Process breathwork
• 5:30 -7:00 Dinner
• 7:00- 9:00 Releasing Ceremony   

Sunday

• 9:30-12:00  Dance songs, Solar practices, Meditation, Despotcho ceremony setting intent for what we want to create  in our lives
• 12:00 1:30  Lunch Break
• 1:30-3:00 Meditation what is left that you are needing to break though,  Arrow Breaking ritual  
• 3:00 – 3:15  Short break
• 3:15- 4:00ish Closing circle , gratitude etc.
